Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Mapembelo Cargo app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The Service

Mapembelo Cargo provides a mobile application for tracking cargo shipped between China and Tanzania, viewing receiving notes, packing lists, invoices, receipts, and warehouse verification/discharge status, and communicating with our support team, including through the Baharia AI assistant.

Accounts and Sign-In

Access to private cargo, invoice and account records requires verifying your registered phone number with a one-time PIN (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your device and phone number secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact support immediately.

You may also use limited parts of the app as a guest, without linking a customer account.

Shipping Terms and Pricing

Shipping is priced by volume (CBM) and confirmed once your cargo is received and measured at our warehouse; figures shown in the app before that point are estimates only. Final invoices, payment terms, and any discrepancies identified during warehouse verification are handled by our team and reflected in your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to access another business's records, interfering with the app's normal operation, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.

Payments

Where payment features are available in the app, amounts, currency and payment status shown reflect our records at the time of viewing. Contact support for any billing dispute.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." While we work to keep tracking and account information accurate and up to date, delays or discrepancies can occur during international shipping, customs clearance, or warehouse processing. To the extent permitted by law, Mapembelo Cargo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app; our liability for the underlying cargo services is governed by the separate shipping terms agreed with you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app for any account used in violation of these terms. You may stop using the app, or request account deletion, at any time by contacting support.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
